3. Candidate Responsibilities & Representations
Candidates registering with our talent network warrant that all submitted CVs, employment histories, certifications, and portfolio links are accurate, factual, and not misleading.
4. Intellectual Property
All digital assets, architecture diagrams, trade names, branding, and proprietary text contained within this platform are the intellectual property of Japrise Talent Ltd and protected under United Kingdom copyright law.
